Returning to the original way of moving

Your skeleton is the supporting unit of your physical body. With the exercises of Feeling Conscious Movement you develop your sense of awareness. You learn what energy loaded relaxation is. You restore contact with your bones so that you are able to move with much less muscle tension.

All exercises and treatments according to the principles of Feeling Conscious Movement will bring you back to the original possibilities of your body.
If you only use your head to contact your total self, you are shortchanging yourself. Our evoluted brain is super functional to put things into perspective, to form an opinion or to make an analysis.
Your own well-being has much more to do with experiencing yourself from within, from your physical sense of feeling.

Because Sense Motivated Movement is about the original possibilities of your body, it is an ongoing exercise in your daily life. In everything you do, washing dishes, using your electronic devises, having an exciting conversation, waiting for the bus. As long as you live in your body in a relaxed way, it saves you a heap of energy. In fact, because Chi can flow unhindered through connective tissues, it will provide you with so much more inner strength and life energy.

I was trained by my friend and founder Denise Bloemen. This method is found and appreciated worldwide. I offer this wisdom and 1:1 sessions online in English so that even more people can benefit from it.

Ultimate me-time for your body

In the sessions I will guide you through exercises from the Sense motivated Movement. With the aid of an online connection.

By tuning and asking you the right questions light will be shed on your patterns.
Where are you blocking yourself in the depths of the physical experience. Which small adjustment will bring space and freedom?

Every exercise is tailored to what I perceive in your body; there is no fixed protocol. It is an enjoyable way of learning where every discovery leads to the next. Precisely tailored to what works for you, taking precise toddler steps or sturdy giant strides to the next step.

During the process, you will also learn to apply the exercises yourself—as a regular way to keep your body a good home to live in. With small, precise adjustments, you will discover a new vitality, even outside of the sessions.

Because the effects of Sense motivated Movement requires time and dedication, I only book this as a trajectory of at least 4 sessions after we have done the intake. Leave about one to three weeks between sessions, so you you will be able to  integrate this original way of moving into your daily life.

The online 1:1 sessions lasts 90 minutes, so does the intake. Information about rates and fees
